Data Deletion Instructions
Effective: 29 April 2026 · Last updated: 29 April 2026
This page explains how to delete personal information that Credtech Trigger has collected about you, including any data we received from Facebook or Instagram when you connected your account.
Option 1 — Self-service (recommended)
Sign in to Credtech Trigger
Open trigger.credtechsolutions.com and log in to the account whose data you want to delete.
Disconnect connected platforms
Go to Settings → Connected Accounts and click Disconnect next to your Facebook Page, Instagram account, X account, or Threads profile. This immediately revokes the access token and stops further data collection from that platform.
Delete your projects and account
From Settings → Account, click Delete account. We will delete your account record, all your projects, all ingested platform data associated with your projects, server logs older than 90 days, and any cached analytics — within 30 days of the request.
Option 2 — Email request
If you cannot sign in or prefer email, write to creativeboyankit@gmail.com with:
- Subject line: “Data deletion request”
- The email address associated with your Credtech Trigger account
- (If applicable) the Facebook user ID, Instagram user ID, or X handle whose data you want deleted
- A statement confirming you are the data subject or are authorised to act on their behalf
We will acknowledge within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. If we cannot delete certain data because of a legal obligation (for example, retention required by tax law), we will explain which data is retained and for how long.
Option 3 — Revoke through Facebook (for Meta data only)
You can also revoke Credtech Trigger’s access to your Facebook or Instagram data directly from Facebook:
- Sign in to Facebook
- Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find Credtech Trigger in the list
- Click Remove
This stops Credtech from making further calls to Meta on your behalf. The data Credtech already holds about you will still be deleted only via Option 1 or Option 2.

Data Deletion Callback (for Meta App Review)
Credtech Trigger implements Meta’s data-deletion callback. When a user deletes our app from their Facebook account, Facebook automatically sends us a signed deletion request, which we process within our standard 30-day window. The technical endpoint is:
The endpoint validates the signed request using our App Secret and returns a JSON response with a confirmation code and a status URL where the user can check the deletion progress, in line with Meta’s requirements.
Confirmation
Once deletion is complete you will receive a confirmation email at the address on file. If you submitted via Meta’s data-deletion callback, you can check the status at the URL we returned to Facebook.
