Credtech Trigger is a private B2B platform that helps digital marketing agencies, political campaign managers, and corporate brand teams monitor public conversations on Twitter (X) and Facebook in real time. Track sentiment, detect spikes, and surface the posts that actually matter to your work.

What Trigger does

• Monitors public Twitter (X) conversations using the official X API (paid tier)
• Reads Facebook Page posts and comments via the official Meta Graph API, only for Pages explicitly connected by the page owner
• Classifies sentiment with OpenAI's language models (Hindi, Marathi, English supported)
• Sends summary alerts to authorised Telegram groups managed by the user
• Generates analytics PDF reports for clients

What Trigger does NOT do

• Does not post, comment, or interact on any social platform on behalf of users
• Does not collect personal financial or banking information
• Does not distribute downloadable software or executables
• Does not crawl private profiles or scrape data outside official APIs
• Does not allow public sign-ups; access is granted manually by Credtech to commercial customers
